Day 2 to help kick the sugar cravings!
As we move more and eat less.. we will keep hydrating to help curb the sugar cravings! Some people confuse hunger for thirst. Yes, water works, but we have a few other ways to hydrate: watermelon, cucumber, skim milk, broth and soup, strawberries, oranges and cantaloupe. Not only do these foods help with your water intake, it feeds your vitamin needs and helps your skin. Throw these fruits into a smoothie or yogurt parfait and your snacks just keep getting cleaner!
