At Rohrsen Performance we work hard to make sure that each workout is tailored to your specific needs and goals.  Instead of creating one program for thousands of individuals, we design a program for each specific athlete.  Group sizes are small to maximize the quality of our training and enables us to customize programming for maximize results.

Nate spent his childhood playing a wide variety sports including football, soccer, & basketball through junior high before transitioning to volleyball in high school & college. In college he was determined to stay connected to sports and, as a result, aligned his career and life goals to athletics. 

Nate graduated from Judson University with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science. During this time he discovered performance-based training as career opportunity. After graduating Nate become a National Strength and Conditioning (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

“I have dedicated my career to helping others achieve their fitness and athletic goals. I have spent the better part of the past decade training athletes to become safer, stronger, and more confident in their abilities during competition.” Beyond Nate’s work with athletes, he trains a wide array of individuals simply looking to improve their health and overall quality of life. Rohrsen Performance (RP) was created in 2016 where his dedication to helping clients reach their goals has become a long-term vision.

Our personalized program utilizes technology to help athletes improve performance and decrease the risk of injury. At RP we view ourselves as educators and want you to understand both how and why each exercise is important.
