Are you ready to kick the sugar cravings? Common wisdom is: eat less and move more. This is true in a lot of things. This week we are going to share simple tips to help kick the sugar.
First, is get more sleep. Sleep deprivation leads to more intense cravings of sweets because you’re tired!
Second, know the difference between hunger and a craving. If you are going for that donut, ask yourself, “If they only thing here were a banana, would I eat it?” If your answer is no, you are are just having a craving. If you are flexible in what you could eat, then you are hungry.
